US Vice President Kamala Harris has now surpassed the number of delegates needed to claim the Democratic presidential nomination.
Harris addressed her campaign staff in Delaware, where she acknowledged the ‘rollercoaster’ following Biden’s exit from the race, and promised to unite the nation.
