Imane Khelif was cleared to compete in the women’s boxing in Paris despite being disqualified from world championships in 2023 after failing to meet gender eligibility criteria.
During a boxing match, her opponent Angela Carini claimed her nose might have been broken by the powerful punches of Imane Khelif after insisting she could not fight on.
