The lawsuit centers on Musk’s use of imagery resembling the Blade Runner 2049 brand during a Tesla event where the Cybercab was introduced.
Alcon argues that associating with Musk’s controversial behavior and political views could harm its brand.
The studio seeks an injunction and monetary damages.
