Residents of Syria’s Tel Rifaat region, displaced by the PKK/YPG terrorist organisation a decade ago, are now returning to their homes.
This follows the liberation of the area under ‘‘Operation Dawn of Freedom,’’ launched by the Syrian National Army (SNA) against the terror group on November 27.
