Local police delivered an update on the incident that has killed 10 people and injured 30 others in New Orleans saying it was was "very intentional" and that two officers were shot by the attacker.
Mayor LaToya Cantrell says the city has been impacted by a "terrorist attack" and she has been in direct contact with the White House. However, the FBI, which is leading the investigation, said it was "not a terrorist event".
