Leader of the Palestinian National Initiative, Mustafa Barghouti, has told Sky News the prisoners who have been released by Israel showed signs they had been "starved and mistreated".
He also voiced his concerns for more than "18,000 prisoners" who have been held by Israel and have not been returned in the latest exchange of hostages – as well as many Palestinians who he says have died in Israeli jails.
