DEI – every time you hear of it know that it is Marxism and racism against White people. So if a company wants to keep DEI (Marxism and racism) policies in place, we avoid them, let them die. No matter how big, they deserve to NOT exist and pollute out nation.

I am with her. The truth is coming to the surface and it is completely discombobulating the left who absolutely the truth and tried to shove idiotic notions down everyone’s throats. DEI was the hill leftist chose to die on and some are still trying to cling to it. It is just getting a good dose of sunshine on its ideology. Exactly why I quit a job. Unfortunately before Trump was elected but I felt like nothing was going to change even if I said something about it. Especially when they had already looked at me crazy when I complained about my pay rate being incorrect, it took me 3 repeated attempts to get that corrected and when I was being told to keep running an order on products that I knew would not pass inspection, I knew that they wanted to get me fired so I quit.
At its essence, it tells people that you can’t achieve success on your own and you don’t have to take any personal responsibility for your life, the govt will just let you cut in line and not compete. The “everyone gets a trophy” mentality.
Hope. Change. Transform. Equity. Etc. There all words that say the opposite of what the country has been for 250 yrs. Life. Liberty. Pursuit of Happiness. If u stand for the former u don’t believe in the latter.
