DOGE has found a $2 billion grant that went to Stacy Abrams. Her organization had $100 in the bank when she received the grant. The Environmental Protection Agency under the Biden administration awarded Power Forward Communities the grant in April 2024 as part of the agency’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund program. The organization was just a few months old when awarded the grant. This is the height of fraud and abuse. Biden gave money to a brand new poor non-profit with no structure to handle $2 billion. This is part of the $20 billion DOGE and Lee Zeldin found together. It’s a grant through the EPA. Let’s hope they can claw it back. Article in comments. – Joy Reaper
This smells like another example of Democrat cronyism and wasteful spending, Stacy Abrams’ organization going from $100 to $2 billion overnight is outrageous. The EPA under Biden is out of control, handing out massive grants to liberal cronies without any accountability, this is exactly what Trump’s administration is trying to fix with their efforts to drain the swamp. - I believe that Zeldin and DOGE will claw it back in full – this is egregious fraud & abuse and Abrams MUST be held accountable. She’s another criminal that MUST pay along with too many others being exposed thanks to DOGE!
