The tariffs are genius and explained here. I don’t understand why people are up in arms about President Trump’s tariffs. These are RECIPROCAL tariffs. These countries have already been imposing their tariffs on us for decades. We finally have a President who is saying “hey bud, if you are going to charge us, we are going to charge you the same in return. How is that a bad thing? The bad part is we have had these weak Presidents in the past that never did anything about it.
