Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is in Italy for an official visit to one of Türkiye’s closest friends in Europe. Erdogan and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni made more pledges to co-operate on European security, migration and in the defence industry. Our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports.
