The Royal Family have taken to the balcony at Buckingham Palace to view the VE Day flypast.
Military aircraft, including the Voyager transport aircraft, a P8 Poseidon surveillance aircraft, Typhoon and F-35 fighter jets, historic Second World War-era aircraft and the Red Arrows all marked the 80th anniversary celebrations.
Veterans in Buckingham Palace also smiled and watched the skies as the flypast went over.
