Prime Minister Keir Starmer emphasized that the deals will cut red tape, boost the economy, and reset post-Brexit relations with the EU. The agreements include a U.K.-EU defense partnership with access to a €150 billion defense loan program, fewer checks on animal and plant products, and a 12-year extension for EU fishing vessels in UK waters.
