Global temperatures could break heat record | BBC News

Global temperatures are expected to continue at or near record levels for the next five years, according to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).

The UK’s Met Office, which provided analysis for the report, said it is a sign that the planet is “profoundly ill”.
