A rather unusual natural phenomenon left residents of Tyumen city astonished as so-called ‘pillars of light’ painted the sky over the city. Locals could observe the natural phenomenon with the naked eye almost until sunrise. According to scientists, such a phenomenon is quite common in northern latitudes and occurs at temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius.
