Author Sir Bill Browder has been speaking to Yalda Hakim about Vladimir Putin’s appearance at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in China.
Described as Putin’s number one enemy, Browder questioned why the Russian leader is killing Ukrainians, calling him a "murderer".
He added: "To watch these images of all of these world leaders giving Putin red carpet treatment is such an absurdity, it’s hard to process".
