Scared, unarmed, hungry and disorientated Palestinians continue to flee Gaza City as an Israeli ground offensive looms. Palestinian officials say 1,600 residential buildings and 13,000 tents for displaced civilians have been destroyed since August 11, when Israel approved plans for a complete takeover. Many of the Israeli attacks have occurred without warning, and in some cases, people were given just moments to gather what they could. Bassam Bounenni reports.
