The shadow chancellor is painting the Tory party as being financially responsible, compared to both Labour and Reform.
He says the Conservative party are "the only party that gets it" and the "only party that will stand up for fiscal responsibility".
Stride attacks Rachel Reeves for having "blown a vast hole in the public finances", and Reform for being the "party of more spending and more debt".
