Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy was repeatedly asked by his Conservative counterpart whether any asylum seeker had been mistakenly released from prison since the accidental freeing of convicted sex offender Hadush Kebatu.

Sky News understands the 24-year-old had previous convictions for sex offences.
