A coroner has made legal history by ruling that air pollution contributed to the death of a nine-year-old girl. Philip Barlow said that South London schoolgirl Ella Kissi-Debrah, who was asthmatic, had lived her entire life in close proximity to highly polluting roads. Sky’s Noel Phillips reports.
