An urgent question is taking place in the House of Commons on the Russian spy ship that is on the edge of UK waters off Scotland’s northern coast.
Defence Secretary John Healey said the ship shone lasers at RAF pilots tracking it and called the incident "deeply dangerous".
It’s being monitored by Royal Navy frigate HMS Somerset and is understood to be on the edge of UK waters.
