The recent RSF advance beyond Darfur has left thousands of Sudanese civilians dead or displaced. But Al-Nao Hospital in Omdurman has kept treating patients even while being shelled by the paramilitary group. And the facility has become a symbol of resilience, recognised globally for its life-saving work. Abdallah Hussain reports.
