Renewed fighting has erupted in the Democratic Republic of the Congo between the army and Rwanda-backed M-23 rebels hours after the presidents of the DRC and Rwanda signed a peace deal in Washington, in the presence of the US President. There are serious concerns that the warring parties are not truly committed to ending the conflict. Prosper Heri Ngorora reports from the Congolese city of Goma.
