Reform UK has denied claims its leader Nigel Farage broke electoral law.
It follows a report in The Daily Telegraph that Mr Farage has been referred to the police by a former member of his campaign team over claims he falsified election expenses.
The claims relate to Mr Farage’s campaign in Clacton-on-Sea, the seat he won for Reform UK in the 2024 general election.
