Chinese President Xi Jinping is set to host South Korean President Lee Jae Myung for a summit in Beijing on Monday. Seoul is looking to rebalance strained ties with China and seek Beijing’s help in reopening dialogue with North Korea, while also maintaining its security alliance with the US.
