Seven nurses from Darlington have won a case against an NHS trust after a transgender colleague was allowed to use female changing rooms.
An employment tribunal has ruled that staff who complained suffered harassment by the trust – which told them to ‘broaden their mindsets’.
They filed claims on the grounds of sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation and breaches of the right to a private life.
