Members of the NYPD Scuba Team, Aviation Unit and Emergency Service Unit, alongside New York Fire Department crews, rescued three people from the frozen waters of Jamaica Bay in Queens on February 6.
According to ABC7, witnesses saw the young men walking across the frozen bay when they suddenly all fell in. All three were taken to a nearby hospital.
