An Israeli air strike levelled a building in central Beirut’s Bachoura neighbourhood, causing it to collapse in a cloud of smoke on March 18. Rescue teams are searching the rubble after the strike, part of broader Israeli raids on the capital, as well as south and east of Lebanon.
