As the situation in the Persian Gulf continues to deteriorate, European leaders are meeting in Brussels for their first time since the Iran war began.
The summit was initally expected to focus on overcoming Hungary’s opposition to a massive loan for Ukraine, as it fights off Russia’s invasion. But with oil and gas prices soaring across Europe, the Middle East conflict is also high on the agenda.
