The White House has announced that President Donald Trump will make a televised announcement on Wednesday on the war in Iran. On Tuesday, Trump said the US would withdraw from the war in two or three weeks, insisting it has already achieved its main objectives. But even as the Washington talks about winding the war down, the strikes continue, Iran warns of retaliation, and the fallout has reached oil markets and Western allies. Andy Roesgen reports.
