Britain is rewriting its "war book" as it adjusts to the changing threats posed by hostile countries, the Chief of the Defence Staff has told Sky News.
Speaking to Sky’s security editor Deborah Haynes, Sir Richard Knighton said the war in Ukraine and Russia’s increased aggression meant the UK had to rethink the so-called peace dividend – and reconsider its defence spending priorities.
