The US-Israeli war on Iran is not only reshaping the region, it’s also hitting Americans at the pump.
According to Brown University’s Iran War Energy Cost Tracker, US households have faced more than $37.7 billion in additional fuel costs since February 28, when Washington and Tel Aviv launched attacks on Iran. Petrol accounts for more than $20 billion of the increase, while diesel expenditure has surged by nearly $17 billion.
