A Lebanese civil defence worker captured the moment an Israeli strike hit a rescue operation in the town of Toul, southern Lebanon, after emergency crews arrived at a building damaged in an earlier attack. Lebanon’s state news agency NNA said two civil defence workers were injured in what it described as a second strike targeting rescue teams despite an ongoing ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.
