The United Nations will head to Lebanon next week to investigate allegations of human rights violations levelled against both Israel and Hezbollah since the start of the war. It comes as Israel ramps up its assault on southern Lebanon, killing at least 12 people in the latest wave of attacks. TRT World’s Paul Hawkins reports.
