Full interview with the Crown Office on what it took to get a conviction of Peter Murrell | BBC News

Peter Murrell has been sentenced to five years and three months for embezzling £400,000 from the Scottish National Party over the space of 12 years.

He was the Chief Executive of the political party and married to Nicola Sturgeon – the then First Minister of Scotland.
