A bomb has exploded at a cafe in central Damascus, killing and injuring civilians in one of the city’s deadliest attacks in recent months. Authorities are investigating the blast, while regional leaders and the UN have condemned the attack as an attempt to undermine Syria’s stability. Ahmad al-Shehabi reports
