Eleven days after twin earthquakes struck northern Venezuela, official rescue efforts are being scaled back as the chances of finding survivors diminishes. However,many volunteers and families continue their search through the rubble. Authorities say nearly 3,000 people have been killed, while the UN estimates up to 50,000 remain unaccounted for.
