Philippine officials have released a video showing a Chinese coast guard ship firing a high-pressure water cannon at a vessel delivering fuel and food to fishermen in the disputed South China Sea on July 24. The Chinese vessel approached to within about 50 metres and sprayed the Philippine boat for more than two minutes.
