EU says it ‘passed’ a test of border security with Ceuta incident

The European Union says it stands in full solidarity with Spain following emergency talks over last week’s mass border crossing into Ceuta. But officials acknowledge that lessons must be learned. The crisis has exposed divisions among EU members and strained relations within the bloc. At least 83 people died, 75 on the Spanish side of the border. TRT World’s Victoria Innes reports.
