Taiwan isn’t just arming its military. It’s preparing its people for war. Taiwan has throttled internet speeds in the city of Taichung as part of 10 days of wargames simulating a Chinese attack on the island. The exercise is intended to test the resilience of the population in case communications are disrupted in any future attack.
