The judge in the Lindsay Clancy trial has formally declared a mistrial.
This comes after jurors failed for a third time to reach a unanimous decision on whether Clancy is criminally responsible for killing her children.
The ex-nurse admitted to killing her three children – but denied murder. Her defence argued she was driven by severe postpartum psychosis.
