In the United States, the judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder case has declared a mistrial. After a week of deliberations, the jury was unable to come to a unanimous verdict. Clancy admits to killing her three children but the trial centered upon whether she was criminally responsible. Now the trial could start all over again.
