It’s been a bit windy in the Russian city of Vladivostok. After being hit by the frontal sections of a cyclone, wind speeds reached up to 30 m/s (98.4 ft/s). The blizzard was so strong that residents struggled to walk down the road, and 60 locals ended up in emergency rooms.
