Eritrean troops massacred ‘hundreds’ in Tigray says Amnesty International | DW News

The human rights organization Amnesty International says it has evidence that Eritrean troops massacred hundreds of people in Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region last November. It used witness accounts and satellite images to document the atrocities. The report suggests that Eritrean troops carried out war crimes in their attempts to take control from rebels in the region.
