With coronavirus resurgent, is it safe to return to school?

Despite a resurgence of coronavirus cases in Europe, many governments are pushing ahead with plans to re-open schools as planned. Jan-Cedric Hansen, VP Global Health Security Alliance, says the return to school presents risks that children will get infected and spread the disease to their families.
