The government is under pressure to change its guidance against using face masks in schools in England, following a change of policy in Scotland. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said he would “look at the changing medical advice” and change the guidance “if we need to”. Some schools in England are already expecting pupils and staff to wear masks.
