Spain has seen 19,000 new coronavirus cases in just five days, with the government acting to flatten the curve a second time. In France, cases are growing in Paris and around the Cote d’Azur, and Marseille has ordered face masks to be mandatory in public, and bars to close at 11pm. For its part Germany has issued a travel warning on France, and requires returning travellers from affected French regions to be tested and quarantined.
