Ethiopian State Minister of Foreign Affairs Redwan Hussein says Ethiopian troops are now in “full control” of Mekelle, the capital of the northern region of Tigray after defeating the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) who have now surrendered to the government forces.
