May Parsons was the nurse who administered the first Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine as part of a vaccination programme at Coventry’s University Hospital. Ms Parsons, a ‘prolific flu jabber’ says its recipient, 90-year-old Margaret Keenan, ‘didn’t even feel it’. And she said she was proud that the British-Filipino community’s contribution to the the UK healthcare system was also being acknowledged.
