The Health Secretary said he felt ’emotional’ watching the first person in the world get the COVID-19 vaccine. Matt Hancock encouraged vulnerable people to ‘trust the clinicians’ and do ‘what’s ‘good for you’ and ‘good for the country’ by getting the vaccine. He also said people do not need to carry vaccine reminder cards and said no immunity certificate or passport would be required.
