In France there is a controversial plan to introduce vaccine passports. In spite of opposition from some lawmakers in France the project has not been dropped. It would effectively mean people would have to carry a card proving their vaccination status in order to acces certain places. Françoise Bayliss, philosopher at Dalhousie University, answering to Mark Owen’s questions raises concerns about Covid-19 vaccine passport which, she says, may ‘introduce new forms of discrimination’.
